We don’t adopt a scattergun approach like ‘professional’ venture capitalists. They back 100 companies in the hope that the top 10 will do well enough to make up for the other 90.
We only want to choose a handful of companies that pass our detailed Due Diligence to create unlimited upside with managed risk. If we can benefit from tax breaks like EIS, so much the better.

AssetPass – the world’s first Digital Inheritance platform, enabling you to store everything from Bitcoin to Stablecoins to medical records with military grade security. You define your trustees and beneficiaries and, when the time comes, there’s an orderly handover of your assets to the next generation. As well as great technology, they have a smart GoToMarket strategy that uses systems integrators to walk them into large corporations who order thousands of licenses at a time.
Network Science – with AI technology moving on so fast, it would be crazy for investors to back a single, one-trick pony company. So we chose a consultancy that works with more than 70 AI start-ups and scale-ups to help major corporations to implement AI solutions. They’ve created over 400 AI Use Cases and are building a platform to showcase them to potential clients. ISG recognised them in the top quadrant of industry leaders and they are now winning multimillion dollar projects on a regular basis.
Cheyenne Group – this company has three divisions, one producing high security wallets for digital assets, another producing radical new propulsion systems for spaceships and a third producing long range space debris defence systems. They partner with some major companies to implement projects measured in the tens of billions.
BeyondSeed – A Singapore based company that invests in high growth firms across Asia through two fund structures, one in India and the other in the UAE. They also operate a series of Growth Engines to help their portfolio companies with marketing, distribution, back office and even social media influence marketing. They combine cash investments with sweat equity and have already built positions in 37 companies.

Right For You?
This level of sophisticated investing is not for everyone.
For a start, you need to qualify under the FCA guidelines as High Net Worth which means an income of £100,000 p.a. or investable assets of £250,000 outside of your main home and pension.
The minimum level of investment in the opportunities we bring to our members is usually around £50,000 and we recommend diversifying across 3-5 opportunities so liquid funds in the £150,000 to £250,000 range would be ideal.
Many of our members are business owners where they have six figure plus annual profits that provide investment liquidity. Or they are property investors reducing the size of their portfolios as a result of all the new taxes and regulations that make private landlords feel like criminals.
Because we are paid by the companies for whom we raise capital, we do not need to charge membership or investment fees.
